Cannot see the Recipient Filter Agent agent?

Hi I'm trying to get the CatchAllAgent working on our internet facing Hub Transport server but I cannot see the Recipient Filter Agent filter in the list of roles when i perform a Get-TransportAgent, below is the list that is returned. When i installed the catchall agent, no matter where i put it in the list the server stopped processing emails & i'm now rather confused.

I had a similar experience - If you install the Antispam agent it will be visible
