Edge Transport not working but Hub transport is

I have placed the agent on both the Hub transport and the Edge Transport servers. I have then submitted a email via Telenet to both server. The Hub transport accept the message and delivers to the Catch All Mailbox but the Edge Transport reports 550 5.1.1 User unknown.

I have moved the agent up to number 8.

What do I need to do to get the catchall agent to work on the edge server?

The catchallagent has to be executed before recipient filtering. IIn your configuration you have recipient filtering executed first. You should swap the priority of those 2 agents.
