Exchange 2010 - CatchAll Delivery Failure

Apr 22, 2014 at 11:20 PM
Hi All,

I am running Ex2010 on SBS2011 and trying to use the CatchAll plugin (as we are currently using Gmail and POP3 connector to collect, which is slow and annoying).

The Ex2010 server is receiving mail perfectly, but the catchall doesn't seem to be executing, as I am recieving unknown user errors back to my external email address when testing.

Config:
<config>
<domain name="quickhost.com.au" address="CatchAll@coffey.local" />
<domain name="coffey.net.au" address="CatchAll@coffey.local" />
<domain name="postmanpat.coffey.net.au" address="CatchAll@coffey.local" />
</config>

Connection Filtering Agent True 4

Protocol Analysis Agent True 9
CatchAll Agent True 10

So I am not quite sure why its not working. The catch all is also not working for internal mail. Is one of the agents rejecting the mail prior to the catchall Agent?

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks

Kelvin,

Can you swap the following 2 agents?

Recipient Filter Agent True 8
CatchAll Agent True 10

So set Recipient FIltering to 1, and Catchall to 8.

Thanks, Wilbert
